■ Identity verification methods
We confirm your identity with your driver’s license or other identification.
If you contact us by phone, we contact you back.
If you are an authorized representative of the principal, we ask you to provide the following documents in addition to the above.
a. In the case of a legal representative
- – Documents confirming the right of legal representation.
- – Documents to verify the identity of the legal representative (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc. of the legal representative).
b. In the case of a proxy by power of attorney
